Sponsorship

Submission Deadlines

To ensure full acknowledgement, please submit your payment and logo at least two weeks before the event. Late submissions may not be included in the Patrika, stage acknowledgements, or the event invite page. Sponsorships run for the calendar year and expire on December 31 — a renewal is needed each year to continue benefits into the next.

Logo Requirements

• Logo for website/email: at least 1600×880px (JPG or PNG)
• Sponsoring at Silver level or above? You can upload your logo right on the sponsorship request form below — we'll use it automatically once your sponsorship is confirmed.

Managing Your Sponsorship

Once your payment is confirmed, sponsors who are ASDFW members can log in to their Member Portal to view their sponsorship, issue their own complimentary event tickets, and manage everything online — your payment confirmation email is your record, so no separate receipt is needed.

Event Disclaimer

All attendees and sponsors are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with sponsor products or services. ASDFW, its board, and members do not accept liability for any wrongful act of sponsors. An event disclaimer will be signed by all participants.
