Overview:

Responsible for cultural and entertainment segments at events – most heavily involved at the Agrasen Jayanti event. Encourage kids and adults to showcase their talents by providing them with stage time in a warm and friendly environment during the cultural/entertainment segments. Ensure that all performances/songs are ASDFW friendly. If you like to work with kids, please get involved!

Objectives:

  1. Define structure and verticals for the committee
  2. Update and maintain Committee Operations Manual
  3. Manage cultural and entertainment segments at events
  4. Coordinate with performers, emcees, DJs and choreographers during event planning.
  5. Encouraging new members to participate in Cultural committee and activities
